Schmidtlein Oliver Schmidtlein,
Owner of OS training and therapy centre in Munich, FC Bayern München fitness coach

“We use the miha bodytec in our facility with both leisure and competitive athletes. We also use it for specific back problems. Using the miha bodytec alone or in conjunction with conventional training methods leads to new levels of endurance and performance. EMS training allows a stronger and more intensive contraction of muscles than purely arbitrary contractions, increasing potential in the area of speed, for example. Endurance, maximum strength, explosive strength, hypertrophy – we develop individual training procedures depending on the programme and intensity.”

Most successful singles luger of all time

He is doing a diploma course in training at the training academy in Cologne. He is not only occupied with promoting new talents in luge racing but is assisting with the national team.
“In competitive sport, we’re always looking for new and legal means of improving the performance of athletes and avoiding the risk of injury. We’ve been using it for almost 1 year now and have seen significant and objectively measurable improvements in performance in almost all athletes who use miha bodytec training. In our view, EMS training with the miha bodytec is the most effective training method for a long time when combined with other recognised, conventional forms of training.”

hair & make-up artist, photographer and managing editor of TUSH

“It’s like this fitness device was made for me. Leisure time is an unknown term in my business, so fast and effective training is just what I need. I’m fairly well disciplined and regularly use my miha bodytec twice a week. Reason: it really works! Specific muscle formation is really not my first priority. I especially like the relaxation function that counters cramps, and back and joint pain. That is pure relaxation after a stressful day in the photo studio.”

PAIN BE GONE

A NEW FORCE FOR THE BACK
Back pain is still the No. 1 ailment in the population at large. Young and old are affected in equal measure. Stress, unilateral strains, and neglect of the back musculature are the main sources of the complaints. Over time, the conditions become chronic and further intensify due to avoidance behaviors. And so the vicious cycle starts all over again, leaving the afflicted increasingly desperate. There is a way out: targeted back training!

miha bodytec – RELIEF INSTEAD OF STRESS
miha bodytec starts out where traditional methods leave off. With targeted, individually controllable training, even the more deeply seated muscle groups are activated and strengthened. Conventional training can only reach them with difficulty, if at all. The spinal column gains stability. The back is unburdened perceptibly. Certain muscular dysbalances are evened out and the trunk musculature is strengthened – the ideal way to a healthy, strong back.

STRENGTHENING AT ALL LEVELS
Whether as prevention or for back complaints that already exist – studies have demonstrated the effectiveness of this form of training*:

  • 88 % of the subjects were able to sharply reduce their back pain. The frequency and duration of the pain turned out to be as much as 80% less.
  • More than 40% of participants complained about constant back pain at the start of the study. The figure was just 9% after 6 weeks of training.
  • The pain totally disappeared in 44% of the patients with chronic complaints.
  • The duration of the typical back pain in everyday life (lifting heavy loads, walking, bending over, heavy physical labor, chores, sports, driving or sitting for long periods) improved by up to 30%.
