Schmidtlein Oliver Schmidtlein,
Owner of OS training and therapy centre in Munich, FC Bayern München fitness coach

“We use the miha bodytec in our facility with both leisure and competitive athletes. We also use it for specific back problems. Using the miha bodytec alone or in conjunction with conventional training methods leads to new levels of endurance and performance. EMS training allows a stronger and more intensive contraction of muscles than purely arbitrary contractions, increasing potential in the area of speed, for example. Endurance, maximum strength, explosive strength, hypertrophy – we develop individual training procedures depending on the programme and intensity.”

Goldrian Rainer Goldrian,
PGA of Germany general manager

“Whole body EMS is now commonplace in areas such as rehabilitation, sport and competitive sport. It’s being used increasingly in golf and has proven very successful. That’s why we’ve decided to use the miha bodytec as a training device and EMS training as the preferred kind, and we recommend both to our members.”

Böttcher Marion Böttcher,
Alstertal-Beauty, Hamburg

“The uniqueness of each of my customers and their personal wishes and goals form the basis of each treatment: Individual and gradual usage and programmes with the miha bodytec guarantee perfect results in a short time. Taut (connective) tissue and muscles in arms, stomach, legs and tush, tush lifting, fat removal and body shaping, even in the most difficult problem areas, not to mention significantly improved circulation in tissue and muscles are amazing from head to toe. The miha bodytec has been an outstanding success and developed into a real profit centre.”

LEAN & FIRM

A NEW FORCE FOR THE FIGURE YOU WANT
miha bodytec starts out where traditional methods leave off: Nearly all the large muscle groups are simultaneous activated and trained on an individually dosed, targeted basis – even the hard-to-reach muscles on the waist and hips! Metabolic and enzyme activity is increased, and energy consumption rises. The musculature is built up, excessive fat is converted into energy and successfully reduced – an effect that continues for hours after the training! The results are visible: effective and sustained body contouring from the buildup of fat-free muscle mass with the simultaneous reduction of excessive body fat.

NATURALLY LEAN AND FIRMWHOLE BODY TRAINING WITH miha bodytec
The powerful muscle contractions stimulate collagen production and blood flow in the skin. Energy consumption is increased long-term. Positive effects: Weight and fat are reduced and the metabolism is quickened. The unattractive clumps of fat on the waist and hips, in particular, are combated effectively. Muscles visibly stand out with greater definition and firmness. Up to a certain age, cellulite can be prevented or fought.

LOSE WEIGHT – SHAPE UP – FIRM UP: VISIBLE SUCCESS AT ALL LEVELS
Whether it's a narrow waist, defined muscles or less fat – studies have confirmed the effects of miha bodytec whole body training*:

  • 87% of participants enthusiastically report clearly visible body-contouring effects; there was a substantially more positive perception of their bodies.
  • 89% felt more firm and taut after the training.
  • The training reduced the percentage of body fat by up to 4% within 6 weeks of EMS training.
  • Women lost an average of 1.5 cm from their waist and hips.
  • Man reduced their abdominal girth by up to 2.3 cm – with a simultaneous muscle buildup of 1-2 cm on their legs, upper arms and chest in each case.
  • Overweight persons lost an average of 3.5 kg and 9% body fat as well as 6.5 cm at the waist and 2 cm on their upper arm circumference after just 13 weeks of training.
  • Seniors over the age of 65 lost 6.8% of their abdominal fat and 6 cm of their waist circumference even at the low training level of 30 minutes every five days.
